Force Multipliers
From Wikipedia:Force Multiplier-a military term referring to a factor that dramatically increases (hence multiplies) the combat-effectiveness of a given military force.Russ Vaughn, poet laureate of OIF, sent along his latest:
In Iraq an IED explodes,Thanks, Russ, your words are also a force multiplier.
An American soldier dies,
But that blast will grow as the media blow
It up before our eyes.
And trumpet to the watching world,
These fifth column falsifiers,
Like sheep they bleat we face defeat,
Our foe's force multipliers.
Osama and his minions know,
In combat they can't beat us;
So they hope and pray will come a day,
Our own media will defeat us.
Ignoring all the good we've done,
Liberals focus on the gore,
On losses mounting and body counting,
To prove we've lost this war.
They disgraced us once in Vietnam,
So now these leftists feel,
That again they'll win with media spin,
And make America kneel.
But defeatists aren't the only ones,
Learned lessons from the past;
Back then we swore we'd lose no more,
This time we're standing fast.
The Internet's exposed them,
As elitist media liars;
They stand unclothed and widely loathed,
Our foe's force multipliers.
Some day when all our troops return,
With Iraq on freedom's path,
The liberal elite who sought defeat,
May face some Righteous wrath.

Liberals are not against the brave Marines and young soldiers. they are not just your kids, they are ours too. We bleed as much for them as you do.
that is the reason why we feel this war in Iraq is useless. the reasons to fight it were not right. so if you are looking for Righteousness, it comes with analysis into why we are fighting this war.
Osama was sponsored by the Saudis who own most of financial America. Because they own it, and have bribed most of your top leaders, our Republican Administration feel they cannot go against them. So Iraq was a nice scapegoat for 9/11. Iraq also had oil that Cheney's Haliburton wanted.
Isn't it all so clever? War in Iraq provides the arms dealers with huge cash profits (guess who they contributed to for electing Bush?), provides Haliburton with huge cash profits, destroys Iraq so greedy corps with ties to the Bush Admin can rebuild it at mostly govt cost but privately reaping the profits.
And guess whose kids die? Not Bush's kids. Not Cheney's kids. But yours and mine. So why am I against Iraq? I don't want my beautiful 18 yr old son to die a senseless war that enriches Cheney's cronies. If he has to die, it should be defending this soil or his family. That's a better reason.
Liberals are not the enemy. We have been painted to look like the enemy, so the real enemy can go about doing his dirty work without public scrutiny. Its time we joined forces to defeat the real evil behind the war.
Vietnam was the same story. Obviously we have not learned much since we are repeating the same mistake. You will remember how a whole nation rose up against that war. So many people are not all wrong. there must have been some truth in what 'liberals' were saying. If you read the newspapers of the UK and Europe, even the supporters of Bush's war are saying he is wrong. So, everybody around the world is wrong and Bush is right?
Please think about that. Liberals are just people who are more pacifist than gung-ho war-mongers. We can fight pretty well too when needed. We pick our battles with more care. Our sons matter to us as much as your sons matter to us. We bleed for them just as much.
Take care,
MC
